Bob Androlevich has been undergoing surgery and treatment for cancer of the liver. Part of his liver has been removed but there is still cancer left and will have to be removed or chemo'd at a later time. Right now he's home and recovering from his latest surgery which has left him weak. He's in great spirit, however, and he told me that he'll try to make it to the reunion in D.C.
Bob, we all are pulling for you. Our prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Sorry to get everybody excited but Bob Androlevich called me a few hours ago and told me that he is still alive. My previous post is all wrong. It was his kidney that was partly taken out due to cancer and not his uterus, no that's not it, his liver. His doctor says all the cancer has been removed but they still have to check every once in a while to make sure they got everything and that it hasn't spread to other parts of his body. Bob is at home trying to recuperate and hopes to do some Whitetail Deer hunting in Iowa if he gets drawn. I told him that he would enjoy Africa and should look into hunting with me next year. Anyway, Bob (and anyone else interested) click on my Africa hunting website for more info. namibiahunter.angelfire.com . s/f del

Hey Androlevich, Don't feel too bad. I lost my right kidney to cancer in 2000 and I am still kicking. I had a soccer ball sized tumor sitting on my kidney. They had to remove the tumor and the kidney. Needless to say ,I am now well versed on kidney disease. Good Luck my friend. Mariano Aguirre.
