How much is it going to cost?

As of 4/29/08, this is how much it'll cost each attendee for HMM-365 activities:

Squadron activities



Squadron hospitality room divided equally among squadron members: $10.00

Squadron lucheon buffet divided equally among diners: $25.00

Charter bus to luncheon, Marine Memorial, and city tour: $20.00

Squadron beverage and snacks: $5.00

Total: $60.00, assuming that we have at least 50 attendees


Squadron expenses are payable at the reunion. Please do not send any money to the coordinators. Any left over monies will be saved for the next reunion in 2010.

Individual expenses



Transportation to and from Washington, D.C.

Hotel accomodations

Popasmoke reunion fees

Meals, other than those covered by the Squadron or Popasmoke

Personal expenses

The cost to attend the HMM-365 Friday activities will be $62 per person. This does not have to be paid until you get to the reunion.
